Do you conduct training and support of your POS and educational system after installation?
Indeed we offer training of users after installation, We will take you step by step through the installation process and help you to implement the system in your organization. After installation we offer free support to ensure stability of the system, in the environment deployed.
How long does the implementation process take of a new system?
Basing on experience gained over the years, implementing will take approximately thirty-tree (33) project days.
For how long should l wait to get a quotation of any product?
You can wait for less than 1 day to receive a quotation after request.
Are you VAT registered?
Yes we are VAT registered and have certificate.
Do you accept bank payments?
Yes we accept banking payments and our quotation comes with banking details.
Do you provide client references?
We are happy to provide client references to serious prospects once we have held initial discussions and have tentatively agreed on the scope and structure of an engagement.
Do you work with clients outside Harare?
Yes we work with customers outside Harare, in Zimbabwe and over the boarders. We have done a number of projects outside Harare and we are happy to offer our services anywhere.
